Download CX-file explorer (optional just faster to download stuff) 

Download Mobile Vr station in the quest store

Download the apk to this game(mint tag) 

open mobile vr station go to all folders/files android / obb / switch to scoped storage actions/ request access/ in the files u need to go to where it says quest 2 and press on it then go to the downloads folder in the files and open up the apk you downloaded

u can open it when you press install when it shows the option to do so,

also in ur apps menu you will be able to see on the right side that says unknown sources it will be in there if you play again (pls do)
